Adekunle Oluwole Sogbesan
Director, Business Development
Brings more than 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas (Onshore & Offshore) and Petrochemical Industry into Avionix Energy. He is well versed in Business development, Tender & Estimating, General Management and Contract Management been the manager and CEO of Atlas Int’l Engineering Services Ltd, a grade one indigenous oil servicing company in Nigeria. Adekunle is also a Director with CES Nigeria Ltd, and President of Soadek Engineering Services Nigeria Ltd. Adekunle has an outstanding background in leadership and engineering services and project management. He is a self-motivated professional with excellent problem solving skills and initiatives. Adekunle and his group of companies have handled multi million dollar projects for Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Shell, Elf and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. Adekunle Sogbesan is presently a Director of business development for Avionix Energy.

Kienebe Okoko
Director, Business Development
Brings years of experience into Avionix Energy. Kienebe graduated with a Political Science degree from Canada. Having executed several high level Engineering jobs for Exxon Mobil, Shell and Agip, he is well versed in Business development, Tender & Estimating, General Management and Contract Management. His vast experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry makes him a valuable asset to Avionix Energy.
Kienebe is presently the Director of Business Development for Avionix Energy, and has been instrumental in securing many jobs in the oil and gas sector on behalf of the company.

Tunde Egbetola
Director, Drilling Services
Since graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from Texas Tech University, in USA, has spent his entire career in the MWD/LWD sector. He started his career with Schlumberger Oilfield Services as an international Mobile Field Engineer and worked in the oilfields of the Middle East, mainly in oil field limestone, sandstone, and dolomite reservoirs in Qatar. During his career with Schlumberger he quickly rose to the position of a Senior Field Engineer directly overseeing the most complex combination of tools in the LWD business plus Rotary Steerable Systems (triple-combo and quad-combo jobs involving MWD/Resistivity and Nuclear tools). Being satisfied with his experience as a Field Engineer, he sought more challenging opportunities and found it as a Technical Services Engineer with the Reuter Stokes division of GE Energy. Presently he works with the engineers that develop the line of MWD tools to be used by Avionix Energy Limited. His role includes introduction of these tools in new markets worldwide and he has successfully introduced the tools to companies in Venezuela, China, Nigeria, and Indonesia to name a few, hence expanding the company’s business by as much as $100M in the past three years. He also conducts classroom training and on the job training on the use of these tools to new customers. With in depth knowledge of these tools, and having been directly involved in the writing of their operations manuals he is the direct person to manage the day to day technical operations of Avionix Energy Limited MWD/LWD division. Tunde Egbetola is also 6 sigma certified.
Tunde Egbetola presently oversees the drilling services business of Avionix Energy, working to develop it into a world class company serving the Nigerian and West African region.

Nduka Udeh
Director, Technology and Human Resources
Graduated with a first class honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Benin in Nigeria. He started his career also in the MWD/LWD business with Halliburton Energy Services in Port Harcourt, Nigeria where he worked as a Maintenance Engineer on their line of MWD and resistivity tool. He also worked with Baker Hughes Inteq also in Port Harcourt continuing in his line as a Maintenance Engineer. Supported with vast training in Baker Facility in Aberdeen Scotland he became the Resistivity Tools Section Leader. In this position he was involved in the programming, testing, repairs and calibration of MWD/LWD tools, using LWD logs to determine and localize tool faults. He initiated the "best ideas" program in the company that was aimed at documenting and regularly analyzing employee ideas to maximize productivity and performance. He later went for his Masters Degree in the University of Essex, England before joining Schlumberger Oilfield as an MWD/LWD International Mobile Field Engineer. His experience in various formations from Egypt, Sudan and Saudi Arabia, allowed him to rise to the position of a Senior Field Engineer directly overseeing the most complex combination of tools in the LWD business (triple-combo and quad-combo jobs involving MWD/Resistivity and Nuclear tools). Having worked a number of years in Nigeria, he has a good understanding of the Nigerian business environment with good understanding of the people and its culture. Nduka is a 6 sigma certified Engineer, also with vast experience in GE Energy, where he handled consultancy projects and jobs on behalf of the company for Shell, ExxonMobil, Conoco Phillips and other major energy companies all over the United States of America.
Nduka presently leads, manage and oversee the introduction of new technology into Avionix Energy, working to keep these technologies and processes aligned with the goals and strategies of Avionix Energy, and the Nigerian local content policy.

Sylvester Osara
Chief Financial Officer
As a U.S. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), member of the U.S. Institute of Internal Auditors, member of the U.S. Institute of Management Accountants, and a former banker in Equity Bank-Intercontinental in Nigeria, Sylvester Osara brings several years of experience working in the financial services industry both in the US and in Nigeria to this organization. He also has several years of experience working as a Management Consultant with Grant Thornton LLP and Ernst & Young LLP in the United States. Sylvester has helped middle market and fortune 500 clients in the Financial Services, Real Estate, Construction, Entertainment, Oil and Gas, Healthcare and Telecoms industry to recommend and implement opportunities regarding business improvement, IT process optimization, profit improvement, internal control and compliance. He is a graduate of Computer Science with a minor in Business from the University of Benin, Nigeria where he graduated with High Honors. Sylvester also has an MBA (Finance) from the prestigious Jesuit College, Creighton University, Nebraska-U.S.A where he graduated with a Magna cum Laude.
Sylvester Osara direct the overall financial position of the Avionix Conglomerate, plan, direct and coordinate financial and other activities, and advise and offer guidance in operations, strategic matters, and future growth.

Toju Onuwaje
Director, Pipeline Services
Is an experienced IT Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. Toju began his career with Compaq Computer Corp in Houston Texas as a Senior Systems Engineer. In this role he was responsible for managing a Global team of Engineers responsible for the qualification and certification of Compaq’s enterprise Storage products. After 4 years with Compaq, he joined Accenture LLP as a Consultant. In this capacity, he delivered strategic and technical IT consulting services to numerous Fotune 100 clients within North America . Toju is an expert in the areas of Data Center Management and Data Center Technologies. Toju was instrumental in delivering IT services to clients in the Financial Services, Oil and Gas and Energy sectors. He is a graduate of Computer Science from the University Of Benin , Nigeria and currently working on his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Houston . He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Toju directs and manages the pipeline services division of Avionix Energy positioning it to become a world class leader in provision of planning, engineering, design, and project management services for oil and gas pipeline projects in Nigeria and West Africa.
