This tool is specifically beneficial to the Nigeria environment due to the high incident of capture of oil field personnel as it drastically reduces the number of people required to maintain pipelines by as much as 70%, and still achieve faster 3600 blasting and cleaning of pipelines in one pass. Automatic recycling of the blasting material allows our systems to use only 5% of the blasting material that conventional methods use, saving thousands of dollars ($) on a long run of pipeline. This ensures less mobilization of personnel, tools and materials to the job site, a condition that is desirable in present Nigeria. This is for use primarily on the downstream industry, but also applicable in the upstream sector and for inland distribution lines. Our equipments are the result of industry driven innovation and more stringent environmental legislation and a need for improvements, while at the same time reducing maintenance cost.



Presently designed to work on pipes from 2” to 12”, we can engineer solutions to meet any pipe diameter, and work closely with our clients to save them time and money on any pipeline blasting operation. Our units also have the ability to blast flanges and welded joints in one clean 3600 blasting on the pipelines that is awkward and time consuming for other methods. While containing all materials and protecting the operator and close environment from exposure to the blast media or waste, we offer one of the safest and fastest methods for pipe blasting in the industry.



We also offer automatic cleaning solutions designed for refineries and their pipe systems where space between the pipes is at a minimum. Our tight systems allow access while allowing a fully enclosed system designed as usual with the operator, environment and cost in mind.
